Education and Training
After earning my Master's Degree at the University of Chicago, I received additional training in developmental and clinical work with families with young children at the Virginia Frank Child Development Center in Roger's Park. I completed a four-year, post-master's training program at the Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis. Currently, I supervise the assessment of young children and their families, and provide consultation to child welfare agencies as a clinical supervisor at the Erikson Institute for Child Development.
I am the President of the Association of Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists.
I am an Instructor in the Child Therapy Program [CAPPT] at the Institute for Psychoanalysis, and I am on the Faculty of the Institute for Clinical Social Work.
I also manage a clinic at Erikson's Center For Children and Families and run a therapy referral site at Shrinq.net.
